Double Room central Bristol, Montpelier

Hia. I am looking for a friendly housemate to move in this November and will have viewings in the next 2 weeks. We are two females and two friendly cats.

Room offered is one of the best in the house :)

Downstairs double next to the kitchen, quite large and newly decorated, new bed, double glazed bay window, wooden floors, shelves, storage, tv cabinet, lamps, chest of drawers.

Upstairs is bath and shower room and two other bedrooms where my daughter and I sleep and another room currently a working progress.

Kitchen has breakfast bar, dining table plus chairs, wood burner, sofa. Doors out to the garden. Patio area . Allotment out the back! :) lovely neighbours.

We have bike storage. We are 2 minutes walk from Montpelier train station, picton street, and 5 mins from Gloucester Road and all bus links and shops.

We are mother and daughter (43, 11) and looking for a calm, responsible, child friendly lodger to share our space, and share some meals and chats occasionally. We are a busy, creative, and fun loving and think the right person would feel peaceful and at home here. My daughter is at her dad’s part of the time.

The room is suitable for one person not for couples. One or two days working from home would work but more might clash with my work pattern (massage)

We also have two lovely cats living here so cat lovers would be most welcome (preferred!) and I would be so happy if you could watch / love them when we are away :))

I’m a massage therapist and sometimes work from home but also in other places too.
