Advertising a double room (inbuilt wardrobe, patio view and private bathroom) in a two bedroom flat a stone’s throw (3 mins walk) from St Andrews Park.

The rest of the flat consists of: an open plan living/dining room/kitchen, your own bathroom, a utility room (washing machine/freezer), (my bedroom), and a sun-soaked patio.

There’s also a reserved parking space behind the house which is yours because I can’t drive.

The landlord is non-interfering but responsive. Move in date is flexible.

Bills are not included and are an additional ~£200 per month pp.

The flat is a proper home and a real find: central but quiet. It gets a LOT of sunlight and is the perfect size for two people.
