Double bedroom available in Montpelier, Bristol

Giorgia here (she/her). 

We have two double rooms available from October 1st/November 1st, in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Montpelier (literally 3 minutes walking distance to the train station). 

They are good-sized rooms, unfurnished but we have some spare bits if you need them. 

Rent is £600 + bills (roughly £150 per month, may be more in winter). 

This is a strictly smoke-free house.

My housemates and I are lively people, but generally quiet around the house and respectful of privacy, belongings, and personal space.

We value open, respectful and honest communication, and an empathic understanding of people's needs and views.

A lot of things are changing in our household (all tenants), with people returning to their home countries or going on new adventures abroad, so a third room will very luckily be available soon. 

I'm the one who is going to stay for a while for sure.
I'm a clinical psychologist, working as a wellbeing adviser in higher education. 

I'm into travelling, dancing, photography, cinema, art, DIY, environmentalism, activism and some more stuff.

I keep the house squeaky clean, and I cook healthy but tasty vegan meals. My humour can be dry and dark, mixed with some random silliness, but also wisdom. I give good advice! 

I own several plants but there is space for more, so please, bring yours.

We are looking for professionals (currently employed) in their 30s/early 40s (this can be slightly flexible if we feel you could be a good match). 

If you match the vibe, are willing to take the cleaning rota seriously, and clean and tidy up after yourself, please get in touch.
