So my name is Sally I own a house in BS6 near the St Werburghs allotments in a really lovely community I already have two lodgers but am looking for a third to move into my en-suite loft room. The room is a great size has a double bed, sofa, work area and fantastic views over Bristol.

The rent is £1,200 pcm and is all inclusive with good speed fibre broadband, we have a bi-weekly cleaner, there is a lovely garden which I maintain and a shed to store bikes etc. The garage is for my use but there is plenty of on-street parking, we are in the parking permit zone so there is an annual fee to have a car.
