My name is Sally I own a house in BS6 near the St Werburghs allotments in a really lovely community. I already have two lodgers but am now looking for another lodger to move into my en-suite loft room. The room is a great size has a double bed, sofa, work area and fantastic views over Bristol.

The rent £1,200 pcm is all inclusive with good speed fibre broadband, we have a bi-weekly cleaner, there is a lovely garden which I maintain and a shed to store bikes etc. The garage is for my use but there is plenty of on-street parking, we are in the parking permit zone so there is an annual fee to have a car.

The room will be available from the 4th October and available for viewing from Sunday 14th September if you would like to come and have a look and meet us.
