There are currently two girls and three boys living in the house. All working professionals from age 25-30.
Everyone in the house is quite chilled during the working week but on the weekends we like to socialise, including going to the pub. There are a range of different hobbies within the house including going to the gym, surfing, music, festivals, board games, playing sports and many more!
There are a lots of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep along with Tesco right next door! It's only a short walk to the city centre, Gloucester Road and St Andrews park so it's a great location.
Public transport is very accessible with a main bus stop right outside and Montpellier train station a 5 minute walk away.
House includes: Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge freezers and dishwasher in the kitchen with a separate utility room with a washing machine.
There is a shared living room on the ground floor. Also three bathrooms within the property, two with a shower and one with a bath. The house also has a front garden and private rear garden, perfect for bbq's in the summer!
The property does not have parking but you can apply for a permit or park for free within a 10 minute walk from the house.
