Room comes partially furnished for an additional fee of £200- double bed frame (no mattress), bedside table, curtains, shelf.
Payment date for rent is 11th of each month. So you will pay me pro rata of £300 for 1-11th and then approx £900 on the 11th of each month.
The house is massive and extremely nice. Rest of house is fully furnished.
