Short term room available in Montpelier

Hello!

We have a lovely big room in our house we are looking to fill for the next couple of months. You’d be living with myself and my partner who are easy going (Isaac works from home and I will be working away throughout Dec). We have a 3.5yr old daughter who is at nursery everyday. We also have a lovely cat called Eva.

The room available is a large room overlooking the garden with a double bed, desk and walk in wardrobe. There is a shared living space downstairs and two bathrooms. The other bedrooms are at the top of the house so you will have a floor to yourself.

It's important to realise this is a short term let for 2 months as our lodger just moved out and we are in the process of moving (estimated Jan).

We will all be away for most of December so you will have the place to yourself a lot. When we are around we are up for shared meals and have a projector in the living room for watching films.

We live 5 mins from Stokes Croft and Montpelier train station. 20 min walk into town. We have a bike shed if you need to store your bike.

Room is £550 inc bills and no deposit required.
