The house is located between St Andrews and Montpelier, fab location to Gloucester Road and access into town/ bus routes to North and South Bristol.
The house itself has 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, with open plan living and kitchen area upstairs with a balcony area. The room is advertised as unfurnished however current housemate is happy to discuss leaving furniture if needed.
I am a professional working at the BRI, looking for someone like minded who’s sociable and to be friends with. I’m super laid back and easy going, love spending time with my friends at the pub and going for coffee, but also hanging out at home binging tv and drinking wine.
