2 bed, 2nd floor flat with shared bathroom and open plan living/kitchen area on Cheltenham Road. £650pcm without bills, council tax band A. Bills are about £190pcm incl. council tax.

The flat is located right outside of Nine Tree Hill (southbound) bus stop and also next door to a Tesco. No parking directly outside but can apply for resident parking permits for the Montpelier zone.

Bedroom to let is of a decent, double-bed size and will come furnished with a bed, a desk and 2 floating shelves. All other furniture seen in photos will be gone by time of move in.

One sofa and the cabinet next to the dining table will also be gone as they belong to my current flatmate who is moving out.

I'm looking for a fellow young professional to share with. I work a hybrid role so I do work from home every so often. I have no objections to someone who would also work from home occasionally.

I'm a sociable person, up for doing lots of different things, but also like some time on my own to recharge the batteries (especially on weekdays after work!). Main hobbies include going to the gym, cooking, nature walks and music.

I like to keep the flat nice and clean so that it can be a relaxing environment to be in, and would like whoever joins me to have the same mindset and agree to take an equal share of the load to make it cosy for us both.
