Large Room available in Montpelier

We have a spacious double bedroom available in our three-bed house in the heart of Montpelier. The room is a great size and just a 15-minute walk to the city centre and a 5-minute stroll to Gloucester Road. It’s a fantastic location with everything close by.

The room can come furnished with a double bed, mattress, and two bedside drawers if you like. If you prefer to keep these furnishings, there’s a one-time fee of £150. Otherwise, we can clear the room for you to bring your own furniture.

You’ll be living with two friendly and sociable housemates: Steve, an Australian aerospace engineer, and Elizabeth, a civil servant. We’re a welcoming household and enjoy a good chat, so if you’re looking for a warm and friendly place, this could be ideal. Rent is £800 per month with all bills included and will be pro-rata for the first month. Let us know if you’re interested!
