We have a large double en-suite bedroom in the centre of Montpelier. Excellent links to transport and City Centre.

Currently both myself and partner live in the property, but generally only occupied by my partner. We have a son who is currently at university and returns outside of term times and will take the second bedroom

The loft room is spacious airy and light. It also includes an en-suite.

The rent includes all bills and a cleaner who visits every fortnight. Parking is free outside of working hours, but requires a permit during working hours.
