Small Double Room

Looking for a new housemate in our lovely and friendly house in Montpelier.

The room is a small double room, can fit a double bed and chest of draws. The room gets lots of sunlight/sun. The monthly rent reflects the smaller room size. Deposit is £807 (split equally). Bills are about £120 per month.

This house is in a great location and neighbourhood. Within 5 minutes walk; St Andrew’s Park, Montpelier Station and Gloucester Road. Easy access to the city centre via bus, train or a 25 minute walk.

The house has a back garden, seperate shower and toilet, parking space for a small car (shared) and also free street parking.

Please note that there is a dog (Border Collie) in the home and you need to be comfortable around dogs.

Current housemates are both female (Kiwi and American) working professionals that work 3 days at home per week. We are both active and social, with our own interests (gym, hiking, travel, card games, sauna) but also hang out together (walks, pub etc).

We are looking for a working professional who is easy going, tidy and enjoys the company of their housemates but also happy to do their own thing.
