Double room in lovely Montpelier location

Hiya potential flatmate,

My lovely flatmate is moving out, which means I’m looking for someone to take a room in our flat. We’ve lived here for nearly 2.5 years and have had such a nice time, and I’m hoping to find someone who wants a sociable, easygoing flatshare ☺️

It’s a pretty spacious 2-bed flat with a large shared living room. Highlights are:

- Big windows in the living room which let in lots of light. It’s a really nice space for relaxing and watching TV, or hosting a few people for dinner/drinks.
- Lots of storage space, with two hallway cupboards
- The bathroom has a bath and standing shower enclosure
- Kitchen has white goods included and a tumble dryer
- Lovely private courtyard which is ours to chill in once the sun comes out
- Double bedroom has the equivalent of 2 double wardrobes of storage space
- We have a parking space in a shared private driveway outside the property, which would be yours as I don’t drive

It’s also a fab location - 5 mins walk to Montpelier train station, a couple of mins to Stokes Croft and Gloucester Rd, and lots of great pubs on our doorstep.

Some info about me - I’m usually fairly chill in the week and out on the weekends, I enjoy a good pint, yoga, live music (particularly jazz, funk, soul etc), and have dabbled in ceramics. I’m keen to explore Bristol some more and would love a like-minded flatmate to go to the pub with, while still respecting each other’s space and having a nice calm vibe at home.

Admin info:
- Rent is £675 and bills vary between £120 - £150 a month due to changes in energy meter readings. Winter months are more expensive due to heating but everything else is constant at around £100 p. m.
- Council Tax Band A (cheapest band).
- You’ll need to be a professional and be able to provide a landlord reference.
