The room comes unfurnished, but open to offers on some items of the current tenant’s furniture if desired (different to the furniture pictured).

The house is very friendly and relaxed, with a large, practical kitchen and living area, lots of storage space and two good bathrooms. There’s a garden too for BBQs and enjoying the sunshine. Other perks include bike storage, a tumble dryer and lovely local shops and cafes down the road.

The housemates are all absolutely lovely, and keep the house well looked after. They’re all working professionals, with a wide range of interests including music and climbing, mostly in their 30s.

Great bus links, and you can easily walk into the city centre. It’s a vibrant, sociable neighbourhood with a real sense of community. Within a minute’s walk there’s grocery stores, a farm shop, a yoga studio, a grade II listed disco ball and one of Bristol’s best brunch cafes.
