Spacious double bedroom available in a friendly 5-bed house share, available immediately until 16th August (short-term sublet).

The house is currently made up of 2 girls and 2 guys: 2 Masters students and 2 young professionals. It’s a sociable house where people enjoy the odd dinner, pub trip or catch-up in the kitchen, but everyone respects each other’s space and routines.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of space to work from home if needed. The house has a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms, living space and bathroom(s), and is in a great location for both the city centre and uni links.

Looking for someone clean, easy going and respectful who’s happy in a balanced house, social but not a party house.

Available until 16th August, with potential flexibility if plans work out.
