Spacious room in Montpelier

Spacious room to rent in a lovely house in Montpelier. The room is furnished and has a comfortable kingsize bed. You will have access to a sunny kitchen and living room facing on to the leafy green garden. If you're willing to go downstairs, you can also have your own shower room - for your use only. Or there is bathroom on the same level as your room, which you'll share with me. The house is spread over several floors so it feels spacious - and I also have my own sink and toilet upstairs.

I'm looking for someone who's probably over the age of 35, tidy, with a sense of humour, who is comfortable doing their own thing - but up for a chat or drink here or there. I work in London a day or two a week and from home the rest of the time. I'm happy for you to do the same, but would rather someone whose job takes them out of the house most weekdays.

If you're in a relationship and would like your partner to stay over regularly, I'm afraid this room wouldn't be right for you. I'm not looking to share with a couple.

The initial let would be for up to 6 months - although it may be possible to extend further down the line.
