Double room available in Montpelier

A room is available in my 2 bed flat from 16th April!

Unfurnished but the desk, shelves and chair will be left in the room.

The flat is in a great location, very close to Gloucester Road and stokes croft. The flat has a shared kitchen/living area and a shared bathroom.

I like to keep the flat relatively clean and tidy, in particular cooking spaces, so I would like someone who is respectful of that and cleans up after themselves.

I’m quite a sociable person and often have friends over for drinks at the weekends so I would prefer the new tenant to be similar in that sense or happy to join in! I love going to raves and gigs so that’s normally what I’m up to in the weekends. During the working week I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, reading, and the odd pub trip.

I work 9-5 as a lab technician so I never work from home so would suit someone who wfh.

No students please due to council tax (council tax band A). Bills come to about £100 not including council tax.

Parking is free on Cromwell Road but sometimes difficult to find a parking space. There’s lots of bus stops nearby and Montpelier train station across the road.

The official move in date is 16th April but there can be some flexibility +/- a week.
