The stairs up to the room are included within the room with your door being at the bottom of the stairs.
The house itself is in a quiet, hidden cul de sac with an apple tree in the garden and no traffic outside the door. Peaceful!
There’s a kitchen diner, shared living room, bathroom and lovely back garden.
We have lived here a long time, we care very much for the house, it’s clean and clear of clutter. We are both busy, Ilze is a baker in a cafe, makes pickles in her spare time, loves all things cooking, is a super sociable or unsociable person depending on what she’s got on! Impossible not to get on with her, she’s funny and sunny. Iwan is artistic and warm with a professional job, he loves climbing. we are both very busy, get on well and very much have a relaxing happy home.
We are looking for someone upbeat and sunny, willing to cut the lawn every so often, keep home clean and tidy, no left dishes, happy with a rota and who’s up for a chat over a cuppa when we’re about.
