Hey! My current housemate is moving out but I’m planning on staying in the flat so looking for a replacement!

Tenancy starting April 28th - flexible moving date.
Rent is £775 not including bills ~ £900 with bills.

- Great location in Montpelier. Super close to Tesco Express, Montpelier train-station and Gloucester road. Surrounded by loads of pubs + restaurants.
- 2 bed flat which has recently been renovated.
- 2 floors, maisonette style
- Beautiful little private garden, great for the summer
- Room can come unfurnished/ semi-furnished.
- Room has enough space for a desk if wfh.

A bit about myself 🌼

Im 26, currently working in the pharmaceutical industry and wfh full time. I’m tidy, easygoing and like to stay busy in the evenings, regularly go to life drawing/pole dancing and trying new things.

Looking for someone mid/late 20’s, ideally would like to find someone I could share a bottle of wine with in the evenings or the occasional dinner, while still respecting each-other’s personal space. 😇
