Beautiful double room in converted Victorian house in Stokes Croft. 30seconds walk from Picton St, 10 min walk from the BearPit. The household is a fun , music loving but professional space, love having friends over on a weekend, for music, drinks etc but keep it respectfully quiet through the working week. Eat together, films and games nights sometimes but also plenty of space to have quiet time. 2 of the rooms are en suites and there are 2 other shower rooms and 1 bathroom, so plenty for everyone. A large kitchen diner snd a sitting room. Garden front and back and a bike shed. They would like an easy going friendly like minded (ideally female as it keeps the ratio even but not 100%set) who is clean and tidy and happy to chip in on general cleaning products and loo roll. There is a cleaner but they also keep on-top of all areas. A person who works sort of 9/5 ish monday to fridays would be ideal so everyone can relax over the weekend.
