A charming Victorian three story house in the heart of stokes Croft with high ceilings and lots of natural light. One fully furnished large double room available immediately.

There are currently two girls and three boys living in the house. All working professionals from age 25-30.

Everyone in the house is quite chilled during the working week but on the weekends we like to socialise, including going to the pub. There are a range of different hobbies within the house including going to the gym, running, festivals, board games, surfing, cricket and many more!

There countless pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, along with a Tesco express right next door! It's only a short walk to the city centre, Gloucester Road and St Andrews park so it's a great location.

Public transport is very accessible with a main bus stop right outside and Montpellier train station only a 5 minute walk away.

House includes: Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge freezers and dishwasher in the kitchen with a separate utility room with a washing machine.

There is a shared living room on the ground floor. Also four bathrooms within the property, two with a shower and one with a bath. The house also has a front garden with a locked shed if you want to store a bike etc. and a surprisingly large private rear garden, perfect for bbq's in the summer, drying laundry and catching some morning rays.

The property does not have parking but you can apply for a permit or park for free within a 10 minute walk from the house.

All bills are included, including council tax and fortnightly cleaner visits for communal spaces.

We’re looking for a working professional with a 9 - 5, who’s sociable and outgoing - but also respectful of other housemates and their downtime.
