Double Room Available

Hello! We've got a double room soon available in a 4-bedroom flat in a central location on Picton Street.

We're a stones throw away from Stokes Croft with plenty of shops, cafes, and bars nearby, with Cabot Circus only a 10 minute walk down the road. Parking is on-street only and you would have to apply for a residential permit. The flat was refurbished in 2021 and has a large combined living room/kitchen and one bathroom. The room is a great size and is perfect for a work-from-home or hybrid work setup. (#4 on the floorplan image.)

You'll be living with Josh, Katharine, and Lucy. Josh is 28 and is a Clinical Scientist at Southmead hospital (mix of WFH/office); loves to bake, run, gym, look after his houseplants, and explore Bristol being relatively new to the city. Katharine is 28, enjoys cooking, reading and travelling. Lucy is 25, and is a reception school teacher at a nearby school, she enjoys baking, reading and watching TV shows.

We're looking for a flatmate who'll enjoy living in a tidy space for at least 12 months, and be up for an occasional social at the many nearby pubs, bars, or local food spots the neighbourhood has to offer.
