Furnished double room in central location

Furnished double room in a relaxed house share, available from 18th of October

One of our housemates will be leaving us soon, so we have a comfy double room in our flat of three to fill. The room is located on the ground floor, comes furnished (bed, mattress, bulit in walk- in wardrobe, desk, office chair, sofa armchair). There’s a kitchen/living room and one bathroom shared between the three of us on the first floor. At only 580£ (including water+ council tax bills) the room is very affordable for it’s location. We only pay internet, gas and electricity bills on top, which come to around 50£ depending of the usage and obviously it becomes higher in winter than summer.

Location:
Our street gets almost no traffic, so it’s very quiet despite the central location. Your room it's very large facing this street. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Stokes Croft and 15 minute walk into the center. There’s also plenty of green spaces around, with both St Andrews Park and the City Farm just being a 15 minute walk from the house. Some of us have lived here for almost 10 years, so it’s safe to say we really enjoy living here.

Us:
You’ll be sharing with two professionals in their 30’s who are sociable, tidy, and relaxed. We occasionally have friends round for dinner, but gone are the days of wild house parties - so we’re looking for someone who values a clean, chill environment just as much as we do.

-Imanol (35) has an office job, moved to Bristol from Spain and has lived in the flat for nearly ten years. He enjoys travelling, hiking, swimming, reading, and spending nights in over delicious home cooked meals and board games.
-Jack (28) water engineer, just moved to Bristol from New Zealand in April. Like most kiwis he's into most outdoor activities, hiking, climbing, biking etc. He's an introvert, but a social person. Partial to a movie night, going out to eat, or an after work pint.
We both work from home a few days a week, so WFH is welcome (there’s definitely enough space in your room and you already have desk and office chair to work WFH if you fancy.
We have a very good relationship with our Landlady, who has always been super quick to help out when needed.
