I’m Rach and I'm currently living with my friend Ella in a lovely terrace in Montpelier on the border of St Paul's/St Werburghs. We've got 1 double room available in our 3 bed house share with a move in date of 4th September. Contract needs to be signed by 30th July.
We're looking for a 3rd person to join us, ideally 26-36 working professional single female.
We would like someone respectful, clean & socialable, willing to share a glass of wine and the odd meal with. We're ideally looking for someone who doesn't WFH full time, I work shifts and Ella a 9-5. We like to hang out in the evenings sometimes, chatting and watching tv in the lovely dining/kitchen space. Sometimes we each have friends over but it’s not a big party house. We are looking for someone who respects the homely space we've created.
Bills & council tax sadly not included but typically are around ~ £177 per month. This includes Gas & Electric, WIFI, Water & Council Tax.

Land lord requirements:
**New Tenant Requirements**:
- The new tenant must be in full-time permanent employment with proof of income of at least £20,000 per annum.
- They will need to provide a suitable positive landlord reference.
- They must pass the government Right to Rent/ID checks and a credit check.
- The new tenant should have the deposit available
-The new tenant will pay a total of five-week deposit – one-week holding deposit and once referencing has been successful pay the remaining four-week deposit.
- The new tenant will need to pay the rent before the tenancy can begin.
