Double room available in 4 person house Montpelier

We're looking for another person to join our house in Montpelier! Looking ideally for another female to keep the house dynamic the way it is.

The house is a lovely 4 story just off Cheltenham Road and near some fantastic pubs, restaurants.

A bit about us, I'm Josh (28) and have been living here for 4 years. I work as a UX Designer and enjoy a variety of different hobbies like football, boxing, gym, gigs, running, cooking and also occasional nights out.

We also have Rowan (32) who's been living here for over a year. She works at Patagonia and is into all sorts of hobbies such as gardening (in her allotment), baking, hiking, cycling, pottery, gigs and she also too does like the occasional beer!

Kendra (26) who has also been here for 2 years. She works as a secondary school teacher but is going travelling for a few months so we'll be getting a mate to sub-let whilst she's away seeing the world.

Emily is sadly leaving us as she's bought her own place!

We're looking for someone likeminded to us, who enjoys their own space but also loves being part of the house. We tend to spend lots of evenings together in the living room and also spend time outside the house - so would love someone who also wants to be part of this.

We'd like someone who's also clean and takes care of the house! We're not saying you need to be an absolute clean freak but just looking after communal spaces would be very much appreciated.

The room is a double, fully furnished and a very nice size. It would be 650 a month, plus the bills which tend to come in at around an extra 100/120.

The house is also fully furnished and has a great garden which is also a sun trap (trust me, I know...)
