Rent is £650 per person plus bills comes to £777 plus Broud Band , includes - council tax which band D v high!, water, electric, gas, and bog roll . Private landlord, yearly rolling contract. Deposit is £700.

It's a great house with spacious kitchen, living room, garden with a large shed that could possibly used as a studio. There are 3 showers and a bath so we could have one each! and a large spare room to be used by all for guests, fitness, arts and crafts ect. The house isn't moldy! And is looked after well by the landlord who is very approachable.

The attic room is huge it has a large cupboard at bottom of stairs which could be used as a wardrobe...

The room is for rent from 5th October, and you will need to pay a months deposit, as well as provide details for a reliable guarantor.

Please only apply if you plan to stay at least one year from October 2026.

We are 3 women, age 36+, creative, lefties, friendly, sociable but independent who value a peaceful and well cared for living environment.

Lil is a creative who works part-time in mental health, the other gardening, allotmenting - (house mates are welcome to get involved!) Or find me out at a gallery, gig or travelling round the country somewhere…. I value people who get on board with composting and recycling…. I like sharing foods ‘allotment produce’ free cycle items….. im always up for chats and connection but value privacy and respectful of co-habiting…

I'm a musician and nutritionist, I lived in Argentina for over a decade and still feel a bit Argie! I love film, food, plants, nature, music, dogs... I get involved in activism in my small way and so I do pay attention to geopolitics and local goings on. I love hanging out, but I do have to rest a lot and enjoy a quiet, calm, space with healthy boundaries and communication.
