We have a furnished double room for single occupancy available from 23 Feb 2026.

The flat would be shared between us. We have our own en suite, so the other bathroom will be mainly yours to use (unless we have visitors). As we own the place, we try to fix any issues/broken appliances asap. For rent is a good sized double room with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table included. It is suitable for somebody who doesn't need to store lots of stuff - but there is space underneath the bed as well.

The flat is well located in Old Market which is a 15-min walk to Temple Meads, 7-min walk to Cabot Circus, 20-min walk to BRI.

There is off-street parking available - it is cheap and easy to get a parking permit. There is also a secure bike storage at the back of the building and easy access to the cycle path/M25.

References and 1 month deposit will be required.
All water and broadband bills are included. Electricity and council tax are separate.

We have a 8 month old cockapoo puppy - generally house trained but is still a puppy after all!
