Just looking for someone clean and tidy, I'm easygoing to live with, will mainly chill in my room so you can use the living room more than I do. The bedroom’s only window faces into the landing of the apartment complex and doesn’t open so please bear this in mind.
The person moving out is open to selling their furniture if you need any of it.
