I’ve got a spare room available in Old Market. I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years, and have turned it into a nice home over the years- most importantly, I have a gorgeous and wonderful cat named Lily. She’s shy but curious, indoor only, and about 8 years old.

My ideal flatmate:
- likes cats! This is a non negotiable soz
- Working professional
- Female

Lily and I are a chill duo, and looking for someone who’s similar, sociable and would enjoy hanging out :)

Costs (all per person per month):
- £575/month for rent
- £67.5/month for energy
- £86/month council tax
- £15/month for broadband

Deposit is £664.46

Location & Tenancy:
- BS2, 10mins walk to Cabot Circus & Temple Meads
- 1 year tenancy contract

I encourage adding your touch in the common living spaces too if you’d like so we can make this a space we both love! The bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers only (as shown in images), the rest of the flat is fully equipped/furnished (only thing is I don’t own a TV)

Room for bike and general storage (not pictured, they didn’t give enough pics)

Washer and dryer included in a green house type space also part of the flat.
