My flatmate is going away for work from the beginning of June to Nov/December. I’m looking for someone to have the room for up to 6months , ideal move-in ASAP lastest 10th June 10th is possible , available until December.
I am a healthcare scientist working in the BHI looking for a like minded person to come into the gaff and enjoy their time in Bristol. From Liverpool and moved to Bristol 5 years ago. If you want to chill out and relax in your own space this place is ideal, if you want to embrace the space take advance of the time in beautiful central space even better!
Little bit about me, I love cooking, communal meals, games and ultimately making the most of the flat and area.
It’s a stylish and homely 2-bed top-floor flat that’s recently been renovated. The kitchen-living area has views over the garden muse, complete with a built-in media unit with a 50-inch smart TV. Also comes with a Sage barista coffee machine and the flat has oak floors throughout. The bedroom comes furnished with a wardrobe and double bed.

• £800 per month (all bills included)
• Brand new washer-dryer
• Heated clothes dryer
• In-flat storage for 3 bikes
• Location: Old Market, just off the main roundabout. 15 min walk to Temple Meads
• £300 deposit (but no other set-up fees)
• On-street parking available with a permit (free parking on St Philips Road)
