Double Room Available in LGBTQ+ Flat

Hey, room to rent in 2 bed flat, looking for someone to move in by 1st August.
🔸️About me: I'm Emilia (they/she), 31, I work for a queer charity, mostly from home, so need someone quiet during the day times. But weekends and evenings I'm pretty chill with whatever, sometimes party, I like having mates over, and I'm in a band so life can be busy with gigs and festivals, but generally a chill flat!
🔸️About the flat: The flat is in BS2, near Old Market and Temple Meads. The room is a small double room, it comes unfurnished but with a wardrobe. The rest of the flat is furnished. Large living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms. The rent is £650 plus bills per month. There is also a deposit of £774. There is a lift, a gym, a balcony and a parking space included in the rent costs. The tenancy ends in February (then a possibility of it continuing on a monthly rolling contract).
🔸️Ideal housmate: LGBTQ+, vegan or vegetarian only please. No Terfs, Swerfs, Tories, Red Tories or a-holes. Unfortunately the letting agents will only accept people who are in full time employment earning £20k or more. No couples or pets allowed.
