Current housemates are 2 guys in early 20s, with common interests including music (playing instruments and going to events), cooking and indoor/outdoor exercise. Willing to have anybody chill and respectful, regardless of their own interests.
The available room will be £700 pcm, including most bills - gas/electric, water, TV license, broadband, council tax.
There is easy parking, but permit required. Landlord will cover cost of permit, but may need to register your car.
Secure bike storage in one of two sheds in front garden.
£400 deposit required. Will set up 6 month rolling contract. Some evidence of finances/job, or guarantor required.
