Tenancy Swap- Flatmate require in a 2 bed Flat

I am looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy flatmate to share a spacious 2- bedroom flat as my current flatmate is moving out of the city. The flat is located in Old market with easy access to transport, shops, train station and local amenities.

Your room will be en-suite and the rent will be £800, bills are around £200 max but mostly £150.

The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, oven, hob, microwave and a kettle and you’ll have plenty of room for storage as well. My flatmate is also happy to negotiate for the furniture shown in the picture (involves bed, table chair, drawer and the cupboard) as it belongs to her.

About me- I’m a clean and organised individual who enjoys calm and relaxed living environment. I work as a Business development representative around the City Centre in an hybrid environment so i do work from home a lot of times. I like keeping the flat in order and appreciate a flatmate who feels the same way.
