• You’ll have your own bathroom (since my flatmate has an en-suite).
• Private parking space included.
• Shared kitchen with a large fridge, oven, hob, and plenty of storage.
Fyi landlord has agreed for a toilet refurbishment so the carpet from the bathroom will be removed with vinyl.
About the room
• Rent: £705 per month, deposit- £888
• Bills: around £150–200.
• The furniture (bed, desk & chair, drawers, cupboard) is mine, so I can either take it with me or you can buy it for a fair price if you’d like me to leave it.
