I’m moving out to live on my own, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy and be a great flatmate for my current housemate.

He’s friendly, chill, and super kind. He mostly keeps to himself but is always up for hanging out. He’s tidy, respectful, and takes good care of the flat.
About the flat
• Located on the first floor in Old Market – ideal location, quiet but just 2 minutes from a bus stop.
• Easy access to shops, train station, transport links, and local amenities.
• Available from mid-November (referencing can start from early October).
• You’ll have your own bathroom (since my flatmate has an en-suite).
• Private parking space included.
• Shared kitchen with a large fridge, oven, hob, and plenty of storage.
About the room
• Rent: £770 per month.
• Bills: around £150–200.
• The furniture (bed, desk & chair, drawers, cupboard) is mine, so I can either take it with me or you can buy it for a fair price if you’d like me to leave it.
