Housemates wanted in converted church Old Market

2 double rooms available for mid November move in.

Hi everyone, we are looking for 2 additional people to move in with us into this 4 bed property in Old Market.

It is a converted church building that has a modernised interior to fit 4 bedrooms, a large shared living space and 3 bathrooms (one is an en suite).

My name is Maja, I’m 29 and work as a wine bar manager. I love hiking, surfing and pub quizzes!

The other housemate is Jake, also 29, who works full time in fleet management and enjoys painting, skating and going to gigs.

We’re looking for likeminded people who like to have a social household but also appreciate down time :) we love a good Mario Kart evening and get quite into reruns of old game shows. We have a mezzanine above the living room which works quite well as a wfh space, which is shared by two of us at the moment.

Each room has a separate rate based on size. Deposit is split evenly at £807 each. Bills come to roughly £120 a month.
