En suite room to let in a friendly and clean house. What we offer :a bright room ,with everything that you need included (pilows ,duvet ,sheets ) .The room coming with a double wardrobe, chest drawers ,a desk and a king size bed. Kitcken it s shared and lots of appliances you can find here : a cooker and dual aifryer, toaster ,ketlle, microwave, washing machine .Fridge freezer shared. House it s pretty quiet so we are not looking for a party person. Smokers are welcome but we do smoke outside of the house (garden ).We are looking for a person with a common sense ,clean ,care about other persons needs and sociable. What we ooffer :a house fully equipped with everything, help with what you need ,fix things straight away if they are damaged. Rent is £750 and a £350 deposit it s required.
