Double room with own toilet and bills incl

Fully furnished double room in a top floor flat with lift. Centrally located, 13min walk to temple meads, 10mins to cabot circus.

All bills included (council tax, elec, gas, water, high speed internet). Bedroom has a double bed, mattress, large wardrobe, desk and chair. You’ll have sole use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite.

The flat is within a gated community with a communal bin store and bike shed. On-street permit parking is available (permit application required).

You’ll be staying with myself - I work in tech and work from home during the week. I'm into running, badminton, gym and a big foodie and love my coffees.

The flat would suit someone fairly independent who enjoys having their own space too, as I’m often out during evenings and weekends.

Ideally, I’m looking for a flatmate with a different work schedule to mine — someone who doesn’t work from home full-time. But otherwise, I’m open and easygoing and just looking for someone considerate and tidy to share the flat with.

Open to short stays!
