Short-term let - large double in Old Market

Let of up to two months for large double room in a queer-friendly two bed, third floor flat in Old Market (no lift). Really convenient location for Temple Meads, walking into town or to Easton.

Me and my cat Bob moved to Bristol two years ago. I’m still getting to know the city, but am enjoying all the different cultural activities. I often go to Spike Island and the Watershed and have my eye out for a nice pottery class at the moment. I like cooking (I used to be a chef), reading and going to the countryside for walks. I'm leftwing and I research social justice issues, so probably won't get on that well with someone very conservative.

Having a relaxing home is really important to me. It would be great to find someone who is looking for somewhere homely, and who might be up for sharing the odd meal or film or something. It’s definitely not a party flat, but I do like to have people round to dinner or to stay for the weekend sometimes. My cat Bob is only two and a half, so he’s a big presence. You will need to be a genuine cat lover rather than tolerator.

Available from 13th July. Tenancy must end by the 12th Sept as I have a long-term flatmate moving in.
