💒 A spacious double room is available in our three-bedroom, Grade II listed converted church. The room has a beautiful stained glass window, lots of natural light and high ceilings, as well as its own bathroom, and comes unfurnished. Looking for someone to move in from September or October.

🪴 The house is spread across 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second (3 bedrooms total). The top floor has the kitchen, massive living room and mezzanine.

🏡 Located in Old Market, it has great transport links and close to everything you’d ever need!
* 5-minute walk to Cabot Circus
* 10-minutes walk to Temple Meads station
* 15-mins walk to Harbourside
* 30 seconds from all the amenities on Old Market Street (inc. countless queer-friendly pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, bookshop, dentist, 24h off license)!

👯‍♀️ You would be living with myself (29, landlord) and Emma (28) and we’re looking for a woman of a similar age or older. We’re both creative, left-leaning people with Emma previously working as a nail artist and now dances her tush off at Cayote Ugly! I’m currently backpacking around Central/South America returning to Bristol in September. I’ll be moving back into the house properly from October, hopefully to find another hybrid role in sustainability events marketing, so sometimes working from home.

✨ We enjoy sharing a pint at one of the many locals, having a couple of people round for dinner or just burrito-ing in front of the tele. But we’re not a party house (having already done our part for the community over the years), and do have a ‘no afters’ rule, as we prefer to have the house as a gentle, chill space to come back to. It’s also important that we all do our fair share of cleaning and respect the communal areas.

Rent is £690 and we share the bills equally which is £151 each (including council tax). Pets are considered! You are also welcome to paint/decorate the bedroom however you like.

🧳 I’m currently still backpacking but will arrange house viewings while I’m away and can hold video calls to meet interested tenants. And I’ll be back on 31 Aug to say hi 👋🏼
