Double room to rent in bs20 aq ,old market ,very close to city centre. Room will came furnished with 2 wardrobes ,a chest drawer ,tv ,double bed ,new sheets and a new set of pilows. Rent will be £670 monthly and a deposit of £350 will be required .We offer a legal contract. We search a nice ,open person and clean .All bills included ,all cleaning products included ,pans and cooking ustensils ,aswell. Kitcken it s coming furnished with fridge, washing machine, cooker ,aifryer, microwave, ketlle ,toaster and oven. We have a garden and a bbq area ,too. If you are a smokers, no problem. You can smoke in the garden ,but not in the house. In the house are living 2 womens and 2 boys ,professional people.
