Double room - Short Term Let (February - April)

Hi and welcome to my beautiful room situated in the heart of Old Market, Bristol. I'm gutted to need to move out but unfortunately work is taking me elsewhere so this room is going spare for 2 months (move in dates flexible). There is a possibility to extend the contract if you like the place!

The room is a double with ample storage space and loads of natural light. Room comes unfurnished but I'd be happy to leave a near brand new double bed & mattress if requested. Wardrobe space is large and the room has a shared balcony!

There is a shared bathroom and large kitchen/lounge area. The apartment is part of a larger gated complex so it's very safe. It is a 20 minute walk into Bristol City centre and Temple Meads station. On street parking is available via a permit, I've personally had no issue finding parking on a given day.

My current flatmate is a 25 year old Male professional working in healthcare. He's a really easy going and lovely guy, someone who you can actually be friends with. We've spent a lot of time discussing movies, playing games and going out. I'm gonna miss him loads honestly, an ideal flatmate.

The rent is £700 PCM w/o bills which come out to around around £100 on top. Tenancy swap is subject to referencing and a check with the agency so please make sure you can afford the rent before enquiring.
