Close to M32 so people with cars can easily traverse the city. Walk into the city centre in 2-3 minutes, close to Cabot Circus and old Market.
Flat is clean and modern (built in 2020). shared space of kitchen and spacious living room. I am a female 44 years working for the NHS. I enjoy crafting, reading, walking, swimming and travelling. I love good food but I’m not a great cook.
This is not a party house, rather an oasis of quiet in the city. I welcome people of any age/gender identity and sexuality provided they are clean, tidy and respectful of the space and others.
Washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher for use at the property. On street parking outside (permit needed) or gardiner Haskins car park is close by.
WiFi, council tax and TV license is included with the room rent, gas/electrical and water bills are split equally between us (monthly for gas/electric and quarterly for water)
I am the owner and will be sharing with you. I work Monday to Friday, usually from my office but occasionally from the flat. I have a camper and am often away at weekends and stay with my partner at least one night during the week.
The property has three bedrooms, with two to be occupied by lodgers and the third being my room. At present both rooms are vacant.
