En-Suite Double Room in 2-bed Flat

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate to share my 2-bed apartment at Box Makers Yard 😊

The room is a bright, spacious furnished double with its own ensuite, large windows and views over Bristol. It comes with an ottoman-style double bed with lots of extra storage underneath, as well as a large built-in mirrored wardrobe. The apartment has a modern open-plan kitchen/living area and a private balcony.

One of the things I love about Box Makers Yard is all the facilities available within the development. There’s a large gym, yoga studio, pool table, residents’ lounges, co-working spaces, two rooftop terraces and private dining rooms available to hire. There’s also a café and Sainsbury’s built into the development, and it’s pet-friendly. WiFi is included too.

The location is ideal, with Temple Meads around a 5-minute walk away, making it really easy to get around Bristol and further afield. Please note there is limited parking available.

A bit about me: I’m 25 and work remotely full-time so you will find me either in the cafe or downstairs in the coworking spaces. Ideally looking for someone in the office full time or hybrid. Outside of work I’m quite sociable and enjoy going to the gym, paddleboarding, painting, baking, gigs and festivals, and going to pubs or out for food with friends.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, friendly and respectful, and who would be up for chatting, grabbing food/drinks or doing things together occasionally, but is equally happy doing their own thing. I’d ideally like the flat to feel like a home we both enjoy rather than just somewhere we happen to share 😊
