Room in sociable 3 bed flat :)

Me (Alex 25M) and my flatmate Cian (23M) are looking for someone to replace our lovely flatmate Dylan who is moving in with their partner soon. We are both good mates who hang out in the living room most nights, so are looking for somebody who wants to be friends as well as flatmates.

Here is a little about the two of us -

Alex - I am a 25 year old secondary school English teacher originally from Bristol! I'm very much into my music and am a huge fan of bands like Geese, Fontaines DC etc so can often be found at gigs in and around Bristol. I have a partner called Emilia who is often around, but she has her own flat and rarely stays more than a couple nights.

Cian -A 23 year old engineer focusing on renewable energy from Cardiff. Very sporty and plays a lot of Hockey and Golf, can often be found batch cooking large amounts of curry and eating boil in the bag mussels.

The flat is located in the Dings area of Old Market and is only a couple minutes walk away from Temple Meads (you can literally see it from our balcony!). Parking is also available with a permit, coming to around £80 for the year. It really is a great location, we have the Barley Mow pub and Martha's Brewpub literally on our doorstep, a Sainsbury's a two minute walk away and really easy access to the centre.

Our living room is fully furnished (see pictures!), including a tv, record player, great sound system and PS5 which we all make use of. We're also lucky enough to have top a floor balcony, which is really nice for a drink in the evening.

The room itself is unfurnished and is the smallest of the three, but you can easily fit a double bed and a desk in there with room to spare. To make up for this the rent is slightly cheaper than the other two (I pay the wifi bill to make up for having the bigger room). It has access to a bathroom across the hall which is shared with Cian, including a bath and shower.

The room is open to both professionals and students, but anyone moving in would have to pay council tax which we split three ways. Professionals, masters students/PhD students would be preferred. Bills with council tax come to around £110 a month each.

The room is available officially from October 1st, but there could be a possibility of moving in earlier upon discussion.

Very close to train station!
