Maisonette Room in City Centre

Im looking for a flatmate to share my lovely maisonette in the heart of Old Market BS2. The charming room within central hall block is furnished, bright and airy.

I’m Jed, 25, and I work as an engineer for a consultancy in Bristol. Ive lived in Bristol for 1 year and absolutely love it here.

I’d ideally like to live with a male around a similar age who is also settled into Bristol, but I’m open to anyone if we’re a good fit!

As a flatmate I’m clean, tidy and like having a nice cosy home. Im very social and regularly have people round for drinks, dinner or a movie. I hope that you would do the same with your friends - I want the space to be as much yours as it is mine. I like being friends with the people I live with but value space (classic).
Occasionally work from home.
Love sport, outdoors, gigs and food

- 10 minute walk to temple meads train station
- spacious living room and kitchen
- bedroom comes furnished with under-bed storage, desk, chest of drawers and hanging rail

- Lodger’s agreement written up
- Rent and bills paid directly to me
- Room available within a week
- Available to short or long term
