Rent: £525 (increasing to 575 from Jan) pcm.
Bills usually come to around £160-170pp per month including Council Tax and broadband. There is a cleaner that also comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas.
Street Parking is available with a permit (£30) if required.
Flat is very close to Temple Meads (5 mins walk) and Cabot Circus (10 mins walk).

The room is available furnished- it comes with a double bed, a wardrobe (additional to built in wardrobe) and a desk.

There is also a communal bike shed for storing your bike.

I am looking for a minimum term of 6 months in order to keep some consistency, rather than a short term let - especially during this period.

Ideally looking for a working professional. I work at Abbey Wood as an Aerospace Engineer - though currently wfh. I'm clean & tidy and would prefer to have a similar person move in. I’m quite sociable, into cycling, travel and drinks with friends!
