Plesse read description properly. The postcode is for the property I am living in at the moment but I am looking to rent a new (but exactly the same layout) property in Patchway with somebody.

Whole top floor of a 3 storey house to rent. En- suite and large amount of space and storage.

My two kids (11y and 6y - stay with their dad 50% of the time) and I (female 42) rent the first floor (3 bedrooms) and the top floor would be yours (the attic room - the same size as my 3 bedrooms plus landing and bathroom altogether). Plus garage just for your use.

My story - I have been renting 4bed/3 floors house in Bs10 for 7 years with my friend. Sadly we have been given notice and will have to leave. I have found a property for rent that is exactly like ours but in Charlton Hayes/Patchway. Sadly my friend is going to buy a property instead and so I am looking for somebody to share the house with me. Please let me know if it is something you would be interested in.
