Recently renovated cottage in peaceful rural location.
Easy access to Bristol and Bath but would need own transport. Parking space available.
The accommodation comprises of a compact double room and own shower room on the first floor, plus the whole of the top floor which consists of a large kitchenette/diner/sitting room which is light and bright.
There are lovely views of greenery. A garden is available exclusively for tenants. Perfect for growing veggies ( there is a greenhouse) It has a large decked area .There is a lot of wildlife around including deer.
The cottage is the first of a row of five. It is a friendly little community.
I have my bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. I have the entire ground floor.
I live with three cats and a young dog so any applicants must be animal lovers.
I am an easy going friendly person. I like my own company but am more than happy to have a cuppa and a chat.
