Truly large double room in sizable maisonette in Redland very close to Whiteladies Rd. Midway between Clifton Down and Redland train stations and all the fun of Cotham Hill and surrounding areas. Part furnished with desk/table, chair/drawers/wardrobe/large mirror. All the usual amenities available broadband, hot water, laundry room and of course heating!

In terms of ‘bills’, all included apart from things like washing powder, toilet roll etc where we take it in turns. Negotiable obvs, just seems fairest way and has always worked well.
