We are two professional people - looking for a friendly and approachable new flatmate, who will appreciate living in a nice, peaceful, clean and tidy home.

Our new flatmate should be an independent (grown up) person, professional or a PhD student, looking for a home rather than a room to crash in, or for a self contained room in the flat.

He or she (we are not gender specific) should be looking for a friendly and comfortable place to live and should have no problem cleaning after themselves.

We live in a lovely, reasonably large maisonette (a flat on 2 floors) fully furnished and well looked after - everything in the flat is fairly new and in good condition.

The rent for the room (and the shared use of the sitting room, kitchen, and bathrooms) is £640 per month plus bills of around £130 to £145 per month depending on the season.

The flat is in Redland, not very far from the city centre (about 1.5 miles from the city centre) and only 5 walk minutes away from the Downs (a large open space green space for those who are not from Bristol). We are lucky with the parking too - there is a free off street parking and there is lots of parking space available nearby.

If you need to use public transport - the area is very well connected, has very good transport links and regular bus service, with the bus stop 5-7 minutes walk away from the flat, so there should be no problem reaching most places in Bristol by bus.
